FKTrade LLC sells its products through online marketplaces rather than directly through this Site. In most cases, returns and refunds are handled through the marketplace where the order was placed, since that platform holds the order, payment, and delivery records. The policy below describes the return standards FKTrade follows across its sales channels.
Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
Returned items should be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original accessories, manuals, and inserts. Opened or used personal care and beauty items can generally only be returned if they arrived defective or damaged, for hygiene reasons.
For orders placed through a marketplace such as Amazon, start your return through that marketplace's order history and returns tool, which provides instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label. If you can't locate your order there, or have a question about a return, contact info@fktrade.llc with your order number and we'll help direct you.
Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Marketplace orders are refunded according to that platform's standard processing time, typically within 5–10 business days of the returned item being received. Refunds cover the item price; original shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or defective item.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and, where possible, photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund without requiring the item to be shipped back, where the marketplace's policy allows it.
Opened consumable or personal care items, such as skincare, supplements, and oral care products, are non-returnable unless defective, in line with standard hygiene practice. Final-sale or clearance items, where marked, are also non-returnable.
